PHOTO MONTAGES
Photo Montages or
Photo Videos are being used for several types of occasions today. These
include Open Houses, Wedding Receptions, Birthday/Retirement Celebrations,
Family Reunions and Funerals.
Whatever your occasion might be,
when you decide on getting a Photo Video done, the first thing to do is to
group photos together to create a theme. Each group or them could have a
different title page and pictures should be numbered or separated in the order
you wish them to appear on the final video. Do not use sticky notes as they
may fall off. Also remember the video will only be as clear as the picture you
provide so try to pick out pictures that are clear and in focus.
Photos will be on screen for
approximately 5 to 6 seconds and will have the music of your choice playing in
background. Most Photo Montages are about 5 to 10 minutes in length and take
between 60 to 100 photos. Family reunions may be different because they can
play it during dinner and could run for 20 - 30 minutes. Which means that
Family Reunion Photo Videos could contain 200 to 300 Pictures or more
depending on your family size and how you plan to present it.
Photo Videos costs about $0.25 per picture plus $150.00 for the Editing
process, including adjusting/animating pictures, titles and adding Music.
Short video clips could also be added for an additional cost. Pre-scanned
Photos brought in on a CD Rom could qualify for a discount. Photo Videos
include 1 Master DVD. A looped DVD could be available on request to play for an Open House or during family hour at a funeral.
Additional (non-looped) DVD copies will be made available for $10.00 each.
